**All adults attending camp must have the Youth Protection training complete and up to date.

February 16: Camp Theme Reveal: 7-8 p.m. @ Stake Center. All campers should attend along with parents who would like more camp information
February 22: Camp Theme Reveal: 7-8 p.m. @ Lazy Lane Building. All campers should attend along with parents who would like more camp information
March 13: Camp Zoom meeting @ 7 p.m.- for YW Presidents, Ward Camp Directors, and other Ward Adult leaders
April 1: All Registration, Fees, and Forms Due. Ward Clerks make checks payable to Gastonia NC Stake and send directly to President Holderness. See link above to Ward Clerk Letter. Two forms are required for each camper (these links open printable forms): 1. Church Permission Slip 2. Camp Barnhardt Tower Form.
Saturday May 14: Super Duper Mandatory Camp Meeting- 10 am- 1 p.m. @ McIlwaine Building. All YCL's, ward leaders, Camp Directors, and men attending camp should attend.
June 1- No Refund date
June 15: High Adventure for 4th Years: National White Water Center
June 30: Tent Assignments due to Laura DeVore
July 19-23: CAMP WEEK
Tuesday July 19: all YCLs and adult leaders arrive 10 am
Tuesday July 19: Young Women Level 1-4 arrive 2 pm
Friday July 22: Bishop's Night
Saturday July 23: Campers dismissed at 11 am
